Your tasks

  • Management of area sales managers and support in the development of their skills/abilities
  • Responsibility for annual and target meetings and further development of area sales managers
  • Further expansion of the RVL Group (10 GVL) through lean processes and efficient workflows
  • Demonstrating and living successful sales work
  • Development and expansion of long-term customer relationships
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market shares
  • Market analysis, competition monitoring and constant source of inspiration

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training
  • Several years of sales experience, preferably with management experience
  • Personality with open charisma, enthusiasm and empathy
  • Ability to work in a team, decisiveness with clear and open communication
  • Independent, results-oriented and structured way of working with an entrepreneurial mindset and approach
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
  • Good MS Office skills
